Join us for a guided hike in some of west Michigan’s best parks! Take an hour to unplug and enjoy nature therapy, practice intentional breathing and meditating, and perhaps some tree hugging!! This is a free event but donations are accepted. This hike will be at Hemlock Crossing County Park.
