Support Staff

R. Cali Caluza

Office Admin

R. Cali Caluza has spent the last seven and a half years in the Tri-Cities/Muskegon area. During this time, Cali spent the last four years working for the local nonprofit, The Momentum Center, opening and managing their fair trade and social cause  gift shop, Just Goods. The nonprofit advocates for human rights and social justice, focusing on Mental Health. Because this has been an issue that has affected her friends, family and herself, Cali strongly advocates for better mental health/ mental illness awareness. Cali has been eager to become a part of the Paradigm Wellness team, where she can continue to learn, grow and help others live a better life, discovering how to utilize holistic practices for more well-rounded Health Care. After 2020s unusual events, Cali began to see and understand the crucial need for better self-care, and even more so, self love. When she’s not working, Cali thrives in sunshine near water, and appreciates the beauty of the outdoors when she’s camping, casually hiking, hammocking, stargazing, and KAYAKING! In the Fall of 2020, she also began a new hobby, learning and discovering the joys of bellydancing with her shimmy sisters!

I am sixteen years old, attending Grand Haven High School as a senior this year. The outdoors, water activities and year long Lacrosse are all big passions of mine. Holistic health has always been a part of my life, whether it is a simple hike or just being mindful of my daily practices. I enjoy being in the Paradigm space because of all of the good and positive energy around.

Laura Erhardt Lewis

Licensed Yoga Instructor

In 2019, after many years of self-practice, I decided to follow my own inner prompting to become a yoga instructor. I feel so honored to have been able to learn under the leadership of Katherine Kilpatrick and Anil Sharma at Expressions of Grace Yoga studio in Grand Rapids, Mi.  They have enriched my life in so many ways and inspired me to excellence in the study of yoga and increased my love for it all the more. For that I am most grateful. I have my 200 hour RYT through Yoga Alliance.  It is my desire that I saturate my students with confidence, self love, and well being which they can carry with them on and off the mat. Namaste.
