Take an hour to unplug and enjoy nature therapy\, practice intentional breathing and meditating\, and perhaps some tree hugging!! This is a free event but donations are accepted. This hike will be at Hemlock Crossing County Park.\nMeet Amy Jo in the parking lot near the restrooms.\nIt’s getting darker earlier\, so let’s pull out our headlamps\, flash lights\, torches\, and whatever your choice of light should be!
