Join us for a guided hike in some of West Michigan’s best parks! Take an hour to unplug and enjoy nature therapy, practice intentional breathing and meditating, and perhaps some tree hugging!! This is a free event but donations are accepted. This hike will be at Port Sheldon Natural Area- north trailhead is located at 6260 160th Ave (between Port Sheldon St and VanBuren St.)West Olive
