We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful area to call home, and many haven’t taken the time to look at it in an intentional way!

Continuing with our theme that #movementismedicine join us for a guided, socially-distanced hike with Amy.
All ages are welcome, with the reminder that minors must be accompanied by an adult.

This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly and bring a water! We do not control the weather, and will plan to be on the trail assuming there is no major rain storm! Check back often for weather updates! If you have a headlamp, we recommend bringing it just in case we go off the lighted trail where permitted!
