Instead of getting caught in the chaos of Black Friday sales, choose peace! With Amy’s “opt-out” hike at Saugatuck Dunes State Park at 10 am on Friday, November 24h. Amy will be there to
meet in the parking lot by the water pump, and is considering taking the south trail, 5.5 miles, moderate difficulty. Amy says plan on at least 2 hours.
Join us for a guided hike in some of West Michigan’s best parks! Take an hour to unplug and enjoy nature therapy, practice intentional breathing and meditating, and perhaps some tree hugging!! It’s getting darker earlier, so let’s pull out our headlamps, flash lights, torches, and whatever your choice of light should be!
