Learn the Art of Taiji. Known for its graceful, slow, circular movements, Taiji (tai chi), not only can help improve balance, motor skills and dexterity but it also brings relaxation as it releases stress from body and mind while having a positive effect on the immune system functioning. More importantly, it is fun & a joy to do as taught by master teacher Chris CampbellM.T.J.E.T.. Chris started his practice in 1987 and has been teaching full-time for over 25 years. He will guide you into the essence & Art of Taiji providing you understanding of the practice and forms that you can do.
